Four principles we keep returning to.
Quietness
Loud rooms exhaust. Our interiors are quiet — composed of fewer, better things, edited until what remains feels inevitable.
Permanence
We design for the long arc of a home. Materials are chosen for how they age, not how they photograph on day one.
Authorship
Every project is signed. We don't follow trends; we author rooms that make sense only inside the lives of the people who live in them.

03 — The People Behind
Aysha
Al Tenaji.
Founder & Lead Interior Designer
Aysha Al Tenaji is the founder and lead interior designer of OTILÌA, based in Abu Dhabi. She trained in residential and hospitality design and now leads every commission personally — translating a client's life and home into rooms that hold their character for decades.
OTILÌA is built on long-running relationships with stone yards in Italy and the Gulf, joinery workshops in Europe and the UAE, and a small drawing team in Abu Dhabi. Aysha leads every project herself — concept sketch to last reveal — so the design that arrives on site is the one we drew.
